Përpjekja për të vendosur një lidhje mes ekstremeve të formalizmit funksionalist, tipik i qytetit që mori formë gjatë regjimeve totalitare, dhe atyre të arkitekturës informale, e cila portretizon lirinë konstruktive të dekadave të fundit bëhet për të siguruar një lexim kritik i cili të mund t'i aplikohet ndërhyrjeve dhe rimëkëmbjes së arkitekturës ekzistuese.
This book is aimed at tracing a connection between the architecture of the Albanian tradition and the informal nature of the spontaneous transformations of contemporary Tirana. The attempt to establish a link between the opposing features of functionalist formalism, typical of the city that grew during the totalitarian regimes, and those of the informal architecture, which represent the constructive freedom of recent times aims to provide a critical interpretation that is applicable to recent interventions for the recovery of the existing built heritage. The book is bilingual, english-albanian.
